My husband and I have found the perfect home. I’ve been told that multiple offers are being accepted at a specific time. Are we able to see what others are offering before we make ours?

Sellers represented by real estate brokerages in Ontario accept offers in closed bidding process, so you can’t know how much other buyers are offering, or any of the terms or conditions within them.
